Arrive at the office about 5-10 minutes before your van hire is booked.
This allows time for any paperwork and payments to be completed. It also allows some time if the office is busy.
Drivers must be over 25 and under 75 and hold a full driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Driving license (Old Paper license with photo id)
• National Insurance number or Driving license share code*
• Additional form of ID 2x Utility bill, bank statement Etc.
• Method of payment, Credit or debit card (Insurance deposits are sometimes required)
*If we need to contact DVLA to check endorsements. This may incur an administration charge of £10.00
We’ll take you out to the vehicle and show you the basics. If you have any questions, please ask.
We’ll ask you to inspect the vehicle for damage. Please bring anything you notice to our attention, no matter how minor.
Take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the vehicle before you head off.
Once you’re happy, you’re good to go!
We operate a ‘like to like’ policy. We supply the van with fuel and ask that it is returned with the same tank.
There is a petrol stations conveniently located nearby, so you can easily fill up when you return your vehicle.
Park the van in the allocated parking area (We’ll show you this before you leave) Hand the keys to us in the office. We’ll inspect the vehicle and refund your deposit. ..and that’s it!
Occasionally you may need to return the van to us before we open or after we have closed. We’re happy for you to do this, but you must tell us in advance.
If you do need this service – we’ll tell you where to leave the van and where the secure box for the keys is located.
