At Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd, we will take care of the routine vehicle servicing and maintenance costs of your hire vehicle(s). When your hire vehicle is in need of a service or general maintenance, just call Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd and they will be happy to help. We have a nationwide coverage of vehicle servicing outlets so you will never need to travel far for your servicing, tyres or other maintenance requirements.
On-site vehicle servicing we provide an exchange service at no extra cost, as part of our service to you, keeping vehicle downtime to an absolute minimum. A new vehicle will be delivered to your site and your Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd vehicle taken for service. At your convenience.
Should your vehicle become unavailable due to a prolonged servicing requirement or as a result of emergency assistance (under normal fair wear and tear only), your company will be provided with a FREE relief vehicle until your hire vehicle is returned to you. Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd will always try to supply you with a suitable and similar replacement vehicle for your needs.

If your vehicle needs a replacement tyre or tyres due to normal wear, or one of your drivers wishes to have their vehicle’s tyre(s) inspected, just visit any Bathwick Tyres Ltd location. Simply inform call your Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd advisor who can let you know of your nearest or most convenient Bathwick Tyres Ltd location.
Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd allow for normal tyre wear ONLY. Lost or damaged tyres, such as punctures or side wall damage will be chargeable to the Client. Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd can arrange new replacement tyres if damaged, and simply re-charge them to your account. Prior to the repair or replacement of any rechargeable tyre, we will request to obtain from you, if required, an order number.
The client is responsible for any repair to or replacement of a windscreen in a Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd vehicle. We can arrange for this to be carried out and we will, if required, request to obtain an order number from you before repair or replacement of any rechargeable windscreen.
In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown or mechanical fault, you have total peace of mind that you are covered FREE with your Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd vehicle. Just a quick call to your Bathwick Car and Van hire ltd advisor and they will be able to assist in resolving the situation for you.
